New Delhi: The Election Commission introduced on Tuesday that bypolls to a few Lok Sabha seats and 30 meeting constituencies unfold throughout numerous states shall be held on October 30.
The counting of votes shall be accomplished on November 2 and the final date of filling nominations is 8 October.

The seats the place Lok Sabha by-elections shall be held are Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, and (*30*) in Madhya Pradesh.

Earlier, the by-elections had been deferred in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the October polls shall be held with ECI’s COVID tips – together with restricted campaigning, use of sanitisers, and masks – in place.
