Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir administration on Saturday sacked 11 authorities workers below Article 311 of the Constitution for allegedly being concerned in terror actions.
Those dismissed embody Syed Ahmad Shakeel and Shahid Yousuf – the sons of Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin.
