Mumbai: Police have registered an FIR against humorist and actor Sunil Pal for allegedly making defamatory remarks against doctors engaged in COVID-19 administration and therapy of sufferers, an official stated on Wednesday.
The FIR against Pal was lodged by the Andheri police on Tuesday on the premise of a criticism filed by Dr Sushmita Bhatnagar, head of the Association of Medical Consultants, he stated.
According to the criticism, Pal made the alleged derogatory feedback against doctors throughout a present on an leisure channel.
