SC fee member orders probe to DDPO and DSP
Investigation report of the case sought by May 6
Barnala: Member of Scheduled Castes Commission Mr. Raj Kumar Hans arrived at Dharamshala of village Aspal Kalan for investigation the grievance listed with the Punjab State Commission for Scheduled Castes in opposition to some individuals of village Aspal Kalan for allegedly making pretend job cards at Aspal Khurd by publishing SC class to individuals belong to common class. On this event, the residents of village Aspal Kalan complained and accused some individuals of Gram Panchayat of village Aspal Khurd that Grants are allegedly being falsified by making pretend common class job cards under NREGA.
They alleged that out of 45 individuals in the NREGA scheme, about 32 individuals belong to the overall class. With this, the SC class of village Aspal Khurd is being disadvantaged of employment. Commission member Raj Kumar heard the views of the involved events and directed District Development and Panchayat Officer Barnala and DSP Barnala to submit the investigation report of the case in Chandigarh by May 6. The matter will probably be investigated in depth. The SC Commissioner is dedicated to the welfare of the SC neighborhood and the neighborhood is not going to be disadvantaged of its rights. MLA Pirmal Singh, BDPO Pravesh, Tehsil Welfare Officer Madam Sunita, law enforcement officials, and representatives of village Aspal Kalan and Aspal Khurd had been current on the event.
