Washington, Apr 15: A US Congressman has introduced a decision in the House of Representatives to recognise the significance of Baisakhi and people who have fun it. “This decision recognises the historic, cultural, and non secular significance of the pageant of Baisakhi,” Congressman John Garamendi stated on the House flooring as he re-introduced the decision.
