Chandigarh, April 12
CM Capt Amarinder Singh in the present day ordered proprietary rights for 3,245 slum households in three districts below the Basera scheme, with directives to finish the method to 40,000 households by September.
Chairing the second assembly of the empowered committee below the slum growth programme, Capt Amarinder instructed the division involved to expedite the method to learn most slum-dwellers.
The 3,245 households authorised for proprietary rights in the present day are situated at 12 slum websites in the districts of Faridkot, Sangrur and Fazilka. To date, 186 slums with 21,431 households have been recognized in 20 districts, whereby the verification course of is being carried out in full swing. — TNS
