SHIROMANI AKALI Dal (SAD) and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs tried to disrupt the speech of Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Badal throughout a dialogue on the Budget in Vidhan Sabha on Wednesday, shouting slogans in front of his seat even because the Speaker banged his gavel furiously and requested them to desist from such ways.
