Chandigarh: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) gained strength in Majha area when Akali Dal leader Rekha Manni Sharma, joined the party in the presence of senior leader and Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Punjab Assembly, Harpal Singh Cheema on Monday. Rekha Manni Sharma was the SAD metropolis president and district president in Pathankot and Gurdaspur. A social employee, she can also be a member of a number of NGOs together with Udaan and Gau Shala. Welcoming her into the party, Harpal Singh Cheema stated that at present the individuals of Punjab are seeing the Aam Aadmi Party as their solely ray of hope.
He stated that it was because of the pro-people insurance policies of the AAP, that the party’s fleet was rising. Cheema stated that the individuals see the AAP as the one credible different that may change politics in the state and make the lives of the individuals higher. On the event, Rekha Manni Sharma stated that she had joined the Aam Aadmi Party after being impressed by the work being achieved by the Delhi’s Arvind Kejriwal authorities.
