According to experiences, the petition was filed by a 41-year-old man, Asif Riaz, from Chennai who demanded an interim injunction on the administration of (*5*) to the general public and a compensation of Rs 5 crore for the negative effects incurred after present process the vaccine trial.
As per IANS, Riaz within the petition acknowledged that he suffered from acute neuro encephalopathy days after taking the vaccine shot and his well being deteriorated.
