Pooja Bhatt on Thursday took to social media and spoke of indiscriminate waste disposal and unauthorised parking in the town’s Bandra space. The actress-filmmaker feels merely blaming the municipal company is just not an answer. Citizens must be extra involved and aware.
“Sorry to need to state this however Bandra is in an absolute mess. Only that a lot @mybmcWardHW can do. Citizens must please be extra involved & aware about how they dispose rubbish. Apathy has changed (love) for Bandra?,” Pooja tweeted.
In a separate tweet, she wrote: “If solely each co-op society took accountability for the lane/street outdoors their constructing as regards to indiscriminate rubbish disposal and even unauthorised parking, life can be totally different.”
Pooja was final seen in the digital movie Sadak 2 directed by her father Mahesh Bhatt. The movie stars Pooja’s sister Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead.
Pooja is all set to return to the display with the net collection Bombay Begums. The Netflix present, created and directed by Alankrita Shrivastava of Lipstick Under My Burkha fame, casts Pooja Bhatt alongside Shahana Goswam, Amruta Subhash and Rahul Bose. It is slated to launch on March 8, on the event of International Women’s Day.
