LUDHIANA: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Sunday mourned the unhappy demise of Ex- member Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee Ramesh Chand Lakhanpal(76), father of Rajneesh Lakhanpal, authorized correspondent, The Tribune, Ludhiana, who handed away yesterday following a cardiac arrest in a non-public hospital at Ludhiana.
