Amritsar: Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) president Bibi Jagir Kaur has congratulated Simran Singh Sandhu, a younger Sikh of Punjabi origin, on his appointment within the Australian Air Force.
Describing the achievement of Simran Singh as an amazing honor for the kaum (group), Bibi Jagir Kaur mentioned that there’s a wave of happiness within the Sikh world over this achievement.
“Today Sikhs everywhere in the world are reaching exemplary positions. With this the Chardi Kala (rising spirit) of the Sikh group is changing into extra evident everywhere in the world”, mentioned SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur.
It is notable that Simran Singh Sandhu’s dad and mom got here to Perth, Australia in 2008. Simran Singh obtained his early schooling right here and at a younger age turned a profitable solo pilot after a flight from Perth’s home airport.
