The World Health Organization and China may have acted quicker when Covid-19 first surfaced, a bunch investigating the worldwide response has concluded, regretting that the “largely hidden epidemic contributed to the worldwide unfold”.
In its second report, Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response (IPPR) stated that an analysis of the “chronology of the early part of the outbreak means that there was potential for early indicators to have been acted on extra quickly”.
