CHANDIGARH: Considering the demand of most of the people, Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has prolonged the scheme for allotment of 289 residential plots at Eco City-2, New Chandigarh till January 29, 2021. Notably, the scheme was scheduled to shut on January 14, 2021.
Sharing the main points, an official spokesperson of GMADA stated that the allotment worth of the plots has been fastened at Rs.25,000/- per sq.yd. Plots being provided are of measurement 200 sq.yds, 300 sq.yds, 400 sq.yds, 450 sq.yds, 500 sq.yds, 1000 sq.yds and 2000 sq.yds. The scheme brochure may be bought at a price of Rs.100/- from the Single Window Service Counter, PUDA Bhawan, Sector-62, SAS Nagar or from the branches of varied banks ((*29*) Mahindra Bank, AXIS Bank, IndusInd Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, State Bank of India, AU Small Finance Bank, Bank of Baroda, Yes Bank and HDFC Bank) related within the scheme. Applicants may also apply on-line by visiting the web site gmada.gov.in and fee may very well be made on-line in such instances.
